FAQs

When using ColorEdge calibrated by ColorNavigator 6 and Chrome version.68 or later, colors not displayed correctly.

When using ColorEdge calibrated by ColorNavigator 6/7 and Chrome version.68.0.3440.84 (Win/mac) or later, colors are not displayed correctly.

When using ColorNavigator NX, this phenomenon does not occur.

This issue has been resolved on Google Chrome version.72.0.3626.109 (Win/Mac).
Please check your Google Chrome version and update to newer version if necessary.

If it is impossible toﾌ�updateﾌ�Google Chrome version, please change the profile policy of ColorNavigator 6/7.
This phenomenon may be solved by changing the profile policy of ColorNavigator 6/7.

1. Quit Google Chrome.

2. Start up ColorNavigator 6, Click 窶廚reate a new target窶� in the main window.

3. Select 窶弑se an existing target窶� in the target creation method selection window, Click 窶廸ext窶�.

4. Select a target for which you want to change the profile policy from the 窶弋arget窶� pull-down menu, Click 窶廸ext窶�.

5. Click 窶廚ustomize profile窶�, in the target name setting window.

6. Uncheck 窶抒eflect black level in tone curve窶�, click 窶抂K窶�.

7. When you click 窶廡inish窶�, monitor adjustment will be started.

8. Restart the computer.

Uncheck 窶抒eflect black level in tone curve窶�.

If you perform validation, check 窶抒eflect black level in tone curve窶� and select 窶弃arametric curve窶� and, go to process 7.

In the case of ColorNavigator 7

ﾌ�

1. Quit Google Chrome.

2. Start up ColorNavigator 7, Click 窶弃reference窶�.

3. Select 窶廢xtension窶� in the left window, and Check 窶廬CC profile detail settings窶� in the right window.

4. Select 窶廨eneral窶� in the left window, and Uncheck 窶抒eflect black level in tone curve窶�. (Default setting is unchecked.)

5. Click 窶弭窶� button that is at the top-right corner of the 窶弃reference窶� window.

6. Select Color Mode in use in the main window, and Click 窶廚alibration窶�, monitor adjustment will be started.

7. Restart the computer.
